Requirements

  • At least 2 years of product management or related experience within digital or customer-focused environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, digital ecosystems, analytics tools, and customer data platforms.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in matrixed organizational structures.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance technical understanding with strong business acumen and customer-focused thinking.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with dispersed teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the strategy and execution of omni-channel digital experiences that create seamless customer interactions across online and offline touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Customer Support teams to gather business requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
  • Help shape and prioritize product roadmaps to improve customer lifecycle management and digital user experiences.
  • Analyze stakeholder feedback, customer insights, product data, and analytics to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure performance and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner closely with architects, engineers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery and iteration of digital initiatives.
  • Evaluate digital tools, Salesforce solutions, and AppExchange products to address technology and data gaps.
  • Communicate project updates, recommendations, and business insights effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, operational performance, and digital transformation.
