Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with digital marketing technologies and platforms.
- At least 2 years of product management or related experience within digital or customer-focused environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, digital ecosystems, analytics tools, and customer data platforms.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in matrixed organizational structures.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance technical understanding with strong business acumen and customer-focused thinking.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with dispersed teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the strategy and execution of omni-channel digital experiences that create seamless customer interactions across online and offline touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Customer Support teams to gather business requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Help shape and prioritize product roadmaps to improve customer lifecycle management and digital user experiences.
- Analyze stakeholder feedback, customer insights, product data, and analytics to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner closely with architects, engineers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery and iteration of digital initiatives.
- Evaluate digital tools, Salesforce solutions, and AppExchange products to address technology and data gaps.
- Communicate project updates, recommendations, and business insights effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, operational performance, and digital transformation.
