Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
  • Experience shipping B2B or merchant-facing software.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Experience with onboarding, dashboard/admin products, or payments/payouts.
  • Ability to read code and use SQL.
  • High proficiency in using AI tools as a daily driver.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales and BD.
  • Ability to work in US Mountain/Central time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Manage merchant onboarding, including sign-up, KYB collection, and activation.
  • Oversee merchant authentication, session management, and account recovery.
  • Maintain the merchant dashboard for reporting, settlements, and configuration.
  • Manage merchant payout scheduling, reconciliation, and dispute visibility.
  • Develop quarterly roadmap and prioritize product features.
  • Draft PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria using AI tools.
  • Analyze merchant funnel data and churn signals.
  • Coordinate with Sales, BD, and Engineering teams.
