Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience.
  • Experience shipping B2B or merchant-facing software in fintech, marketplace, payments, or SaaS.
  • Experience with onboarding, dashboard/admin products, or payments/payouts.
  • Working comfort with SQL.
  • Ability to read code.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated track record of working with Sales and Business Development.
  • Adept with AI tools for daily product workflows.
  • Familiarity with BNPL or lending products is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own merchant-facing product surfaces including onboarding, authentication, dashboard, and payouts.
  • Manage merchant onboarding flows, including KYB collection and underwriting.
  • Oversee merchant authentication, including sign-in, SSO, and account recovery.
  • Maintain the merchant dashboard for reporting, settlements, and configuration.
  • Coordinate payout scheduling and reconciliation with treasury teams.
  • Develop and execute the merchant-side product roadmap.
  • Analyze merchant funnel data and churn signals.
  • Draft PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria using AI tools.
  • Prototype UI/UX flows and collaborate on design handoffs.
  • Ensure alignment with Sales and Business Development goals.
