Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management experience.
- Experience shipping B2B or merchant-facing software in fintech, marketplace, or payments.
- Experience with onboarding, dashboard/self-serve admin products, or payments/payouts.
- Familiarity with BNPL, lending, or payments products.
- Working comfort with SQL.
- Ability to read code.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated experience working with Sales and Business Development.
- Adeptness with AI tools as a daily driver.
Responsibilities
- Manage merchant onboarding, sign-up, and KYB collection.
- Oversee merchant authentication, SSO, and account recovery.
- Manage merchant dashboard features including reporting and self-serve configuration.
- Handle merchant payouts, scheduling, reconciliation, and dispute visibility.
- Define the merchant-side roadmap and execute quarterly planning.
- Draft PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria using AI tools.
- Analyze merchant funnel data and churn signals.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations teams.
