Requirements
- 2+ years supporting integrations with ERP, CRM, or financial systems
- Proven track record in resolving complex sync and configuration issues
- 1–3+ years of iPaaS or middleware experience with platforms such as Workato, Tray I/O, MuleSoft, or similar
- Ability to turn customer insights into product improvements
- Strong decision-making skills under uncertainty
- Clear, confident communicator, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects
- 2+ years of experience using APIs and Postman to work with integrations
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, such as JavaScript or Python
- Exposure to SFTP and interpreting JSON/API payloads
Responsibilities
- Work as part of our customer success team to deliver data integrations into our product
- Lead the data integration parts of the solution, with many customers/technologies
- Work closely with Implementations & R&D on new integrations and improvements of existing integrations and processes
- Support and assist the product support team on integration-related issues
