Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 6+ years of experience in account management, client success, healthcare operations, consulting, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Strong background in managing client relationships and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
  • Experience working in complex, fast-paced, and evolving environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and business teams.
  • Experience in healthcare, particularly with health plans or payment integrity, is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture strategic client relationships, ensuring consistent communication, issue resolution, and escalation management when needed.
  • Oversee client support workflows, including tracking, coordinating, and resolving service tickets across internal teams.
  • Analyze client data, trends, and performance metrics to generate actionable insights and support strategic recommendations.
  • Develop client-facing materials such as reports, presentations, and business updates that clearly communicate value and performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, product, analytics, clinical, and compliance to resolve complex client challenges.
  • Support client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in internal and external business reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience, operational efficiency, and account growth.
  • Ensure alignment across teams to support successful execution of client programs and long-term retention.
