Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound SaaS sales
- Proven B2B experience selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions
- Familiarity with technical personas (engineers, developers, DevOps, data professionals)
- Track record of achieving outbound lead generation and pipeline targets
- Proficiency with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Clay
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills to engage and influence technical stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Identify, research, and engage decision-makers within technical organizations
- Partner closely with Account Executives on territory strategy and pipeline
- Design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns
- Manage the outbound sales cycle from research to booking meetings
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and strategies
- Communicate product value propositions to technical audiences
- Maintain accurate tracking of activities and performance metrics
