Responsibilities

  • Activate the Beast Mode in our Lead Generation and bring our Sales Pipeline to the next Level.
  • Convert Event Leads into Sales-Gold: structured follow-up of leads from events and marketing activities, making contact with potential customers and converting these into valuable appointments for our Sales Team.
  • Cold Outreach with personality and system: Proactively approach Target Accounts, identify potentials and convince with a combination of charm, structure and data-based approach.
  • Work with processes like SPICED and Cadences to conduct structured conversations and continuously achieve better results.
  • Data maintenance in CRM (Salesforce): Keep all activities clean in Salesforce and use the system as your strategic secret weapon.
  • Close collaboration with sales and marketing colleagues: Work hand in hand with our teams, share insights, optimize campaigns and achieve common goals.
