Requirements

  • Previous experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong prospecting, cold calling, and written outreach skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach) is a plus.
  • Native-level French and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within target accounts in the French market.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social selling to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Engage prospects to understand their needs and clearly communicate the value of the solution offered.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design and execute outreach strategies that drive pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all prospecting activities and interactions.
  • Partner with marketing teams to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
