Requirements
- Prior experience in sales development, business development, marketing, or similar customer-facing roles is a plus
- Strong communication skills, including confident phone presence and excellent written communication
- Ability to conduct effective discovery conversations and engage multiple stakeholder profiles
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset with a strong desire to grow in sales
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce is highly desirable
- Strong research skills with the ability to understand accounts, industries, and buying signals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads while ensuring timely and relevant follow-up
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations with prospects across target accounts
- Generate qualified meetings and contribute to Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) targets
- Build and execute outreach strategies using multiple channels including email, phone, and social engagement
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and tailor messaging to drive engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted account lists and outreach strategies
- Track, manage, and report all activities using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Continuously improve outreach effectiveness by documenting and refining processes
- Act as a mentor and support resource for new team members when needed
- Contribute to pipeline generation efforts aligned with revenue growth objectives
