Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales development, business development, marketing, or similar customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, including confident phone presence and excellent written communication
  • Ability to conduct effective discovery conversations and engage multiple stakeholder profiles
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset with a strong desire to grow in sales
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce is highly desirable
  • Strong research skills with the ability to understand accounts, industries, and buying signals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads while ensuring timely and relevant follow-up
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations with prospects across target accounts
  • Generate qualified meetings and contribute to Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) targets
  • Build and execute outreach strategies using multiple channels including email, phone, and social engagement
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and tailor messaging to drive engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted account lists and outreach strategies
  • Track, manage, and report all activities using CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Continuously improve outreach effectiveness by documenting and refining processes
  • Act as a mentor and support resource for new team members when needed
  • Contribute to pipeline generation efforts aligned with revenue growth objectives
