Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or a related field; MBA, MS, PhD, PharmD, or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in biotech, diagnostics, pharmaceutical marketing, oncology partnerships, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong background in oncology.
  • Experience in genomics, molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, MRD/ctDNA, or biopharma services.
  • Proven experience leading congress strategies, executive engagement programs, advisory boards, or KOL initiatives.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific and clinical content into impactful B2B messaging.
  • Strong understanding of oncology market dynamics and pharmaceutical partnerships.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business development, medical affairs, product, legal/compliance, and commercial teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, campaign analytics, event measurement, and ROI reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship management, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual engagement strategies aligned with oncology business development priorities.
  • Build and maintain influence maps across key opinion leaders, consortia, and pharmaceutical stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, business development, medical affairs, and product teams.
  • Translate complex scientific data and clinical insights into compelling messaging frameworks and event content.
  • Gather and synthesize stakeholder feedback to inform strategic planning and cross-functional decision-making.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines, and reporting processes.
  • Ensure all activities comply with healthcare industry regulations and internal approval processes.
  • Support strategic account engagement initiatives through insights and recommendations.
