Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or a related field; MBA, MS, PhD, PharmD, or other advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in biotech, diagnostics, pharmaceutical marketing, oncology partnerships, or stakeholder engagement.
- Strong background in oncology.
- Experience in genomics, molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, MRD/ctDNA, or biopharma services.
- Proven experience leading congress strategies, executive engagement programs, advisory boards, or KOL initiatives.
- Ability to translate complex scientific and clinical content into impactful B2B messaging.
- Strong understanding of oncology market dynamics and pharmaceutical partnerships.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business development, medical affairs, product, legal/compliance, and commercial teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, campaign analytics, event measurement, and ROI reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship management, and project leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual engagement strategies aligned with oncology business development priorities.
- Build and maintain influence maps across key opinion leaders, consortia, and pharmaceutical stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, business development, medical affairs, and product teams.
- Translate complex scientific data and clinical insights into compelling messaging frameworks and event content.
- Gather and synthesize stakeholder feedback to inform strategic planning and cross-functional decision-making.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines, and reporting processes.
- Ensure all activities comply with healthcare industry regulations and internal approval processes.
- Support strategic account engagement initiatives through insights and recommendations.
