Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in growth, engagement, or lifecycle marketing leadership.
  • Proven experience in consumer health or complex B2B2C environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale initiatives from early-stage pilots to repeatable systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Omnichannel engagement experience (SMS, email, phone, push/in-app).
  • Proficiency with engagement or marketing automation platforms like Braze or HubSpot.
  • Experience working with CRM and analytics tools.
  • Conversion-focused mindset with experience driving patient adherence and retention.
  • Strong ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end patient retention metrics and program adherence.
  • Build and operationalize a retention playbook across the full patient lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute strategies to manage patient disenrollment.
  • Pilot and scale high-impact engagement experiments within the first 90 days.
  • Design and optimize patient-facing outreach across SMS, email, and phone channels.
  • Evolve the engagement stack through automated, trigger-based workflows.
  • Translate engagement data into clear, rapid action.
  • Lead and develop the Engagements function cross-functionally.
