Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in growth, engagement, or lifecycle marketing leadership.
- Proven experience in consumer health or complex B2B2C environments.
- Demonstrated ability to scale initiatives from early-stage pilots to repeatable systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
- Omnichannel engagement experience (SMS, email, phone, push/in-app).
- Proficiency with engagement or marketing automation platforms like Braze or HubSpot.
- Experience working with CRM and analytics tools.
- Conversion-focused mindset with experience driving patient adherence and retention.
- Strong ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end patient retention metrics and program adherence.
- Build and operationalize a retention playbook across the full patient lifecycle.
- Develop and execute strategies to manage patient disenrollment.
- Pilot and scale high-impact engagement experiments within the first 90 days.
- Design and optimize patient-facing outreach across SMS, email, and phone channels.
- Evolve the engagement stack through automated, trigger-based workflows.
- Translate engagement data into clear, rapid action.
- Lead and develop the Engagements function cross-functionally.
