Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in enterprise or consultative B2B sales, ideally in services or SaaS environments
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding annual sales quotas
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Strong background in selling into mid-market and enterprise commercial accounts
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable platforms such as Salesforce or Workday is highly preferred
- Existing relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem is a strong advantage
- Strong pipeline development skills with the ability to generate and qualify opportunities independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, delivery, and cross-functional teams
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, high-performance environment
Responsibilities
- Drive net-new revenue growth by identifying and closing ServiceNow services opportunities across commercial accounts
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through partnerships with ServiceNow teams, customers, and ecosystem partners
- Lead the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients across mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Collaborate with internal solution architects and delivery teams to position service offerings effectively
- Support go-to-market strategy development and contribute to scaling commercial sales initiatives
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles requiring strategic coordination and consultative engagement
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets
