Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in enterprise or consultative B2B sales, ideally in services or SaaS environments
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding annual sales quotas
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to close
  • Strong background in selling into mid-market and enterprise commercial accounts
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable platforms such as Salesforce or Workday is highly preferred
  • Existing relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem is a strong advantage
  • Strong pipeline development skills with the ability to generate and qualify opportunities independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, delivery, and cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, high-performance environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new revenue growth by identifying and closing ServiceNow services opportunities across commercial accounts
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through partnerships with ServiceNow teams, customers, and ecosystem partners
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients across mid-market and enterprise organizations
  • Collaborate with internal solution architects and delivery teams to position service offerings effectively
  • Support go-to-market strategy development and contribute to scaling commercial sales initiatives
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles requiring strategic coordination and consultative engagement
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets
