Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience with government agencies or public sector strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, or related field
- Understanding of compliance management principles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in CRM or Customer Success software (e.g., Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Basic project management skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for licensure boards and associations
- Onboard new users and coordinate training sessions
- Lead regular check-in calls and account reviews
- Track engagement data to provide optimization recommendations
- Identify and resolve client issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify expansion opportunities
- Document interactions and issues in CRM
- Develop and execute client success plans
