Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience with government agencies or public sector strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, or related field
  • Understanding of compliance management principles
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM or Customer Success software (e.g., Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Basic project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for licensure boards and associations
  • Onboard new users and coordinate training sessions
  • Lead regular check-in calls and account reviews
  • Track engagement data to provide optimization recommendations
  • Identify and resolve client issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify expansion opportunities
  • Document interactions and issues in CRM
  • Develop and execute client success plans
