Requirements

  • BSc in science, engineering, or quantitative field (MSc preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, customer-facing analytics, or project management.
  • Experience in a SaaS high-tech/startup company with an agile mentality.
  • Experience with data analytics.
  • Previous work with medical imaging and radiologists.
  • Research experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Tech-savvy to lead technical discussions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Ability to work in PST/MST time zones.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the customer's advocate and trusted advisor.
  • Proactively manage and grow customer relationships.
  • Lead discussions with physicians in medical centers.
  • Identify customer pain points and workflow requirements.
  • Work with R&D teams to define and drive project steps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
  • Drive product enhancements by representing the customer perspective.
  • Perform data analysis and present insights to customers.
  • Initiate and execute research initiatives.
