Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing.
- Expert-level experience with Mailchimp.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and paid acquisition channels.
- Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, keyword strategy, technical SEO, and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and landing page performance.
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Power BI, Looker Studio, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar.
- Proven ability to use AI agents, prompts, automations, and workflows.
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot workflows, or similar.
- Proficient in English language.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, email, content, social, and conversion channels.
- Own demand generation initiatives focused on qualified leads, pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue contribution.
- Manage and optimize email marketing programs using Mailchimp.
- Plan, launch, manage, and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Lead SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and AI-search visibility.
- Build landing pages, funnels, nurture sequences, and CRO experiments.
- Use AI tools and agents to improve productivity across content creation, research, and campaign optimization.
- Build automated reporting dashboards and performance scorecards with clear ROI metrics.
- Present insights, forecasts, opportunities, and growth recommendations to leadership stakeholders.
- Improve marketing operations by implementing scalable systems.
