- Excellent async communication (Slack, Notion, Loom)
- Ability to use AI as a force multiplier for workflow
Responsibilities
- Build and scale growth engines (email, SEO, content)
- Own the CRM with approx 500,000 contacts (customer.io)
- Run go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Optimize funnels, landing pages, and lifecycle journeys
- Own analytics, attribution, and ARR reporting
- Manage partners and affiliate channels
- Bring your ideas to life, working async with devs/design
