Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Strong preference for health system, IDN, or large medical group sales experience
  • Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (6-7 figure ACV) with long sales cycles
  • Deep familiarity with health system economics: physician compensation models, value-based care contracts, Medicare reimbursement, and revenue cycle
  • Experience selling into physician leadership (CMOs, Medical Directors, Department Chiefs) as well as operational executives
  • Strong command of Epic's workflows and technology integration impact on physician adoption
  • Executive presence and ability to navigate political complexity across large organizations
  • Highly self-directed, organized, and data-driven

Responsibilities

  • Own a named account list of leading health systems and IDNs; develop and execute a territory plan to drive net new logo acquisition
  • Build pipeline through executive outreach, conference presence, referrals, and partnership with Cadence's clinical and marketing teams
  • Engage CMOs, CNOs, CFOs, and other executive leaders to build multi-threaded relationships
  • Lead discovery to understand health system strategic priorities and revenue cycle pressures
  • Navigate complex procurement cycles involving clinical, IT, legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders
  • Lead compelling executive presentations and product demonstrations
  • Present customized ROI models demonstrating net new revenue and total cost of care impact
  • Partner closely with Implementation, Clinical Operations, and Customer Success teams
  • Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing to shape roadmap priorities
  • Contribute to playbook development and competitive intelligence as an early sales leader
