Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a related field
- Strong generalist operator capable of building processes from scratch
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Highly analytical with data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in building analyses from raw inputs to recommendations
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Track record of driving structured problem-solving through to execution
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the highest-priority cross-functional operational initiatives across the APCM business
- Serve as the connective tissue between Growth, Enrollment, Care, and Patient Success
- Translate leadership priorities into structured workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and outcomes
- Diagnose operational inefficiencies and design scalable solutions
- Build and maintain operational playbooks, SOPs, and frameworks
- Partner with Product and Technology to identify automation and workflow improvements
- Support the launch and ramp-up of new health system partners
- Define and own the KPI framework for APCM operations
- Partner with Finance and Analytics on capacity planning, forecasting, and business reviews
- Prepare executive-level communications and strategic updates
