Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in a senior post-sale role managing strategic B2B SaaS or enterprise software accounts.
  • Proven track record of driving Net Revenue Retention.
  • Strong executive presence and commercial capability to run renewals and expansion cycles.
  • Ability to independently handle procurement and contracting.
  • Technical fluency to discuss architecture and security.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-complexity accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience in scale-up environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, owning retention, health, and long-term growth.
  • Drive value realization and platform adoption against clear use cases.
  • Manage renewal, upsell, and cross-sell revenue cycles end-to-end.
  • Act as a technical translator between customers and Product/Engineering teams.
  • Convert operational requirements into structured Product feedback.
  • Lead C-suite level executive engagement and represent the company independently.
  • Orchestrate internal teams including Solution Engineering, Delivery, and Support.
