Requirements
- 7+ years experience in a senior post-sale role managing strategic B2B SaaS or enterprise software accounts.
- Proven track record of driving Net Revenue Retention.
- Strong executive presence and commercial capability to run renewals and expansion cycles.
- Ability to independently handle procurement and contracting.
- Technical fluency to discuss architecture and security.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-complexity accounts simultaneously.
- Experience in scale-up environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, owning retention, health, and long-term growth.
- Drive value realization and platform adoption against clear use cases.
- Manage renewal, upsell, and cross-sell revenue cycles end-to-end.
- Act as a technical translator between customers and Product/Engineering teams.
- Convert operational requirements into structured Product feedback.
- Lead C-suite level executive engagement and represent the company independently.
- Orchestrate internal teams including Solution Engineering, Delivery, and Support.
