Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in learning & development, employee engagement, or HR program management
- Proven track record designing and executing onboarding, training, or employee experience programs
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or manager development programs
- Strong program management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting on program metrics
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with learning platforms (LMS) and/or engagement tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Execute global new hire onboarding program
- Develop and facilitate manager training programs and workshops
- Manage learning platforms and tools (LMS)
- Coordinate career development resources and learning pathways
- Support employee engagement measurement programs (eNPS)
- Own the evolution of the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program
- Manage employee recognition and values-reinforcement initiatives
- Track and report on program effectiveness and ROI
- Drive operational excellence and vendor management
