Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in learning & development, employee engagement, or HR program management
  • Proven track record designing and executing onboarding, training, or employee experience programs
  • Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or manager development programs
  • Strong program management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting on program metrics
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with learning platforms (LMS) and/or engagement tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute global new hire onboarding program
  • Develop and facilitate manager training programs and workshops
  • Manage learning platforms and tools (LMS)
  • Coordinate career development resources and learning pathways
  • Support employee engagement measurement programs (eNPS)
  • Own the evolution of the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program
  • Manage employee recognition and values-reinforcement initiatives
  • Track and report on program effectiveness and ROI
  • Drive operational excellence and vendor management
