Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales manager experience with verifiable results.
- 5-8 years of SaaS sales or Medical Device sales (preferred).
- Experience leading teams in a commission-based structure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA (a plus).
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers and Junior Account Managers.
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize ARR and growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for complex issues or opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- Leverage Fortive Business System (FBS) tools to streamline and standardize best practices.
