Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales manager experience with verifiable results.
  • 5-8 years of SaaS sales or Medical Device sales (preferred).
  • Experience leading teams in a commission-based structure.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA (a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers and Junior Account Managers.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize ARR and growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for complex issues or opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Leverage Fortive Business System (FBS) tools to streamline and standardize best practices.
