Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (tech or finance)
- Proven track record of closing large deals ($1M+ USD)
- Experience with cold outreach to C-level executives and founders
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese
- Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies
- Highly self-organized and disciplined
- Ability to maintain a high work tempo
Responsibilities
- Conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products
- Manage relationships with funds (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs), family offices, and HNWIs
- Proactively identify and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Address client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Lead and manage deals from initial outreach to closing
- Coordinate with product, legal, and research departments for deal closure
- Oversee the entire deal cycle through to payment receipt
