- Ability to translate executive vision into a structured product roadmap.
- Proven track record of end-to-end product requirements management.
- Experience running customer research (focus groups, interviews, testing).
- Strong technical understanding for engineering collaboration.
- Data-driven approach to prioritization.
- Executive presence and internal communication skills.
- Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
- Experience with product monetization strategies.
- Experience managing content partnerships and technology integrations.
- Background in higher education, edtech, or career services is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with CEO to translate product vision into a sequenced roadmap.
- Develop customer and market intelligence through focus groups and testing.
- Manage content partnerships and platform integrations.
- Support Go-To-Market teams with product messaging and enablement.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership on planning and delivery.
- Implement monetization strategies, packaging, and pricing.
- Drive AI innovation and product roadmap.
- Lead product vision for data architecture and platform analytics.
- Represent company as a thought leader in the higher education space.
- Build and mentor a high-performing product team.
