Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HRBP, HR Generalist, or People & Culture roles.
- Professional-level fluency in English.
- Experience supporting remote and global teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as BambooHR.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for workflow optimization.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Availability to work 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
- High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end new hire onboarding process.
- Handle employee lifecycle changes including offboarding.
- Ensure compliance and organize HR documentation.
- Serve as an HR partner for conflict resolution and performance cycles.
- Drive People & Culture projects using project management tools.
- Create HR SOPs, policies, and training documentation.
- Utilize AI tools to optimize HR workflows and reporting.
- Coordinate employee engagement events and perks.
