Requirements

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Comfortable working in a client-facing environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong accountability and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities
  • Experience with CRM and operational tools preferred
  • Familiarity with automation tools is a plus (Zapier, Make, n8n)

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end client onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions
  • Coordinate billing workflows, invoicing, and accounts receivable tracking
  • Assist with contract preparation, organization, and documentation management
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and internal operational tools
  • Monitor workflows and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation across systems
