Requirements
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment
- Detail-oriented with strong accountability and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities
- Experience with CRM and operational tools preferred
- Familiarity with automation tools is a plus (Zapier, Make, n8n)
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end client onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions
- Coordinate billing workflows, invoicing, and accounts receivable tracking
- Assist with contract preparation, organization, and documentation management
- Maintain and update CRM systems and internal operational tools
- Monitor workflows and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation across systems
