  • Strong project management and documentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Deep curiosity about customer challenges and user needs.
  • Preferred: Experience in K-12 education, literacy, or curriculum products.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with district purchasing and adoption cycles.
  • Plus: Experience building or establishing a new organizational function.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain clear, differentiated messaging frameworks.
  • Create high-impact sales and district-facing materials like pitch decks and one-pagers.
  • Translate complex educational concepts into persuasive marketing content.
  • Partner with Product, Academics, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Support product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and adoption efforts.
  • Establish scalable documentation systems and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven messaging recommendations.
  • Help define and build the product marketing function.
