- Strong expertise in messaging, positioning, branding, and product launches.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong project management and documentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Deep curiosity about customer challenges and user needs.
- Preferred: Experience in K-12 education, literacy, or curriculum products.
- Preferred: Familiarity with district purchasing and adoption cycles.
- Plus: Experience building or establishing a new organizational function.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clear, differentiated messaging frameworks.
- Create high-impact sales and district-facing materials like pitch decks and one-pagers.
- Translate complex educational concepts into persuasive marketing content.
- Partner with Product, Academics, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Support product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and adoption efforts.
- Establish scalable documentation systems and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven messaging recommendations.
- Help define and build the product marketing function.
