- Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with evolving priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers building and scaling Core API services.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and navigate architectural decisions.
- Support a healthy engineering culture through code reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with product managers to deliver robust, API-first solutions.
- Communicate effectively across engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Promote a mindset of continuous improvement, learning, and accountability.
