Requirements
- 15+ years in Engineering Leadership and Management in a global SaaS, internet, or software product organization
- Deep expertise in WordPress, Hosting, or Security
- Data-inspired leadership style leveraging data science and ML
- Proven track record to lead at scale with large, multi-functional initiatives
- Strong technical depth in modern platform architectures
- Experience with public cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with multi-region applications
- Experience with complex product portfolio management
Responsibilities
- Drive engineering vision and strategy across WordPress, Hosting, Security, and Reseller businesses
- Partner with Product and GTM leaders to manage trade-offs and align technology roadmaps
- Build a culture of experimentation, leading testing efficiency and velocity initiatives
- Develop and lead a product quality scorecard with executive-level reporting
- Lead and scale a 150+ person, multi-site engineering organization
- Contribute to 1 and 3-year corporate and divisional planning
- Build platforms, APIs, and tools that power the organization
