Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years related experience/training.
- Proven experience in product management and product lifecycle.
- Expertise in Appian platform or low-code/no-code solutions.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to discuss architecture.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in cross-functional matrixed organizations.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Workers' Compensation industry experience (highly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and product opportunities.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Prioritize features and manage product backlogs.
- Design and improve systems to automate business processes and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including delivery, marketing, and sales.
- Provide sales support including RFP responses.
- Manage and mentor up to 5 direct reports.
- Monitor product performance and market competition.
- Provide thought leadership to enhance customer experience.
