Requirements
- 2+ years in an administrative or customer service position.
- Must be computer literate including email, typing, managing multiple monitors, searching the internet.
- Recognize internet connectivity issues due to remote position.
- Set up user names and passwords.
- Work with multiple software at a time (outlook, excel, word, etc).
- Experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.
- Knowledge of mortgage or banking practices a plus, but not required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Excellent listening, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to interpret and make conclusions based on available information.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Loan Processors in gathering and organizing information for the loan file.
- Make timely follow up calls to quickly compile accurate file information.
- Order services needed and as directed by Sr. Processor for file packaging.
- Follow-up continually on all requested items, and working in an efficient manner.
- Work with vendors, AMC’s, title companies, banks, etc. to gather the necessary information for a complete loan file.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness if loan documentation necessary for loan approval and closing.
- Order Appraisals based on mortgage channel.
- Research information through various websites.
- Progress through phase training to advance to Loan Processor as positions open.
- Assist with other duties as necessary.
