  • Strong understanding of campaign setup fundamentals, including audiences, bidding, structure, and creative uploading.
  • High attention to detail, especially when applying naming conventions and QA processes.
  • Ability to follow instructions within an established system and deliver consistent execution.
  • Comfortable working across multiple accounts and platforms with accuracy and speed.
  • Curious about performance and open to learning from creative and analytic insights.
  • Practical experience in digital advertising production, campaign building, or media buying support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and a process-driven mindset.
  • Reliability and consistency in execution, with the ability to work behind the scenes without requiring client interaction.
  • Familiarity with DTC brands or ecommerce environments is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with Motion, Triple Whale, or similar analytics tools is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in tools such as Slack and Notion.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, following clear briefs and direction from the growth and creative teams.
  • Upload creative assets, apply accurate naming conventions, organize variations, and verify that each campaign meets internal requirements before publishing.
  • Implement targeting, budgets, placements, bidding strategies, and testing structures exactly as outlined in provided instructions.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure campaigns are delivering as expected and flag issues, anomalies, or learning opportunities proactively.
  • Adjust pacing, budgets, and minor optimizations under internal guidance.
  • Upload, tag, and organize new creative assets and support structured testing by maintaining clean platform organization.
  • Use tools such as Motion (or similar creative analytics platforms) to pull simple insights and track patterns in creative performance.
  • Assist with basic reporting tasks, ensuring naming conventions, UTMs, and tracking parameters remain consistent across accounts.
  • Maintain order and hygiene across multiple ad accounts to support a smooth operational workflow.
