Requirements
- Efficient with Instagram, Facebook and general social media platforms and behaviors
- Exceptional over the phone / FB / video conference
- Experience with business to business (B2B) sales (1-2+ years)
- Excellent communication skills

- Excited to contribute to community management platforms and encourage activity & participation & conversion of group members
- Extremely self-motivated with the ability to work independently and also within a team environment
Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Consistently schedule qualified sales meetings for the BC team
- Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via CRM throughout the day
- Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in relevant CRM
- Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods of time
- Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the “notes” section of CRM
- Educate prospects on our products from an expert perspective
- Allow the Director of Marketing and members of our leadership team to oversee and review conversations to give feedback
- Available most days from 9 am-5 pm local time to take social media conversations
- Flexible to adjust hours to create maximum calendar coverage (ie. rotating into weekend or PM shafts)
