Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, including at least 5 years specializing in Salesforce.
- Proven success leading large-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple business units.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday), middleware platforms, and other key applications such as e-Stores and entitlement tools.
- Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, CPQ Specialist, Technical Architect) are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a customer-first mindset and proven ability to improve processes.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and build effective partnerships with application stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Engineering, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Salesforce solutions to support global marketing and sales operations.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs that align with Bentley’s enterprise architecture.
- Oversee Salesforce architecture to ensure optimal performance, maintainability, and extensibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure capabilities meet business objectives.
- Direct integration efforts between Salesforce and other Enterprise systems (such as Marketo and Impartner), ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
- Establish and enforce development standards, configuration best practices, and platform governance.
- Mentor developers and solution consultants, fostering innovation and excellence.
- Support organizational change management, including knowledge transfer, training, and enablement sessions for key users.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance optimization, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Participate in strategic planning, roadmap development, and vendor engagements for Salesforce and Enterprise platforms.
- Manage the development and configuration of sales technology tools, including SFDC.
