Responsibilities
- Coordinate kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling projects from beginning to completion
- Serve as the main point of contact and introduce yourself to clients as the Project Coordinator/Project Lead
- Schedule installation appointments with homeowners and installation teams
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding project updates, timelines, and expectations
- Order products and materials related to each remodeling project
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Facilitate financing applications and required documentation
- Collect payments related to the project and submit them to the office accurately and on time
- Work closely with Sales, Installations, and Operations teams to ensure project success
- Proactively identify and resolve potential project issues before escalation
- Ensure a positive client experience that drives customer satisfaction, reviews, referrals, and repeat business
- Maintain organized workflows and timely follow-ups with customers and internal teams
