Responsibilities

  • Coordinate kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling projects from beginning to completion
  • Serve as the main point of contact and introduce yourself to clients as the Project Coordinator/Project Lead
  • Schedule installation appointments with homeowners and installation teams
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding project updates, timelines, and expectations
  • Order products and materials related to each remodeling project
  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Facilitate financing applications and required documentation
  • Collect payments related to the project and submit them to the office accurately and on time
  • Work closely with Sales, Installations, and Operations teams to ensure project success
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential project issues before escalation
  • Ensure a positive client experience that drives customer satisfaction, reviews, referrals, and repeat business
  • Maintain organized workflows and timely follow-ups with customers and internal teams
