Responsibilities

  • Maintain documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate communication among team members, ensuring everyone is informed about project updates.
  • Support the identification and management of project risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and presentations related to project activities.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing project requirements, feedback, and input from stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and best practices.
