Requirements

  • Experience with CRM or project management platforms at a meaningful depth
  • Understands the dependencies behind a hardware deployment: manufacturing, freight, site readiness
  • Knows how to read a delay before it lands – and has a plan when it does
  • Comfortable speaking directly with suppliers, vendors, and installer teams
  • Background in environments where software and physical infrastructure intersect
  • Can run many rollouts simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them
  • Catches the small things: a missing confirmation, a timeline inconsistency, an unresolved dependency
  • Doesn't need reminding. Closes loops independently.
  • Calm under pressure; brings structure to ambiguity
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end hardware rollouts across multiple retail locations simultaneously
  • Track store readiness, manage installation scheduling, and align logistics with field teams
  • Liaise with suppliers and installer partners to keep timelines on track
  • Anticipate delays, surface risks early, and drive resolution without waiting for escalation
  • Own project records in Salesforce — keeping data clean, current, and actionable
  • Use the system proactively to surface insights, not just report status
  • Understand hardware and supply chain dependencies — manufacturing lead times, shipping windows, site readiness
  • Communicate confidently with external stakeholders: suppliers, vendors, installation crews
  • Identify small issues before they compound across a rollout
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting throughout each deployment
