Requirements
- Experience with CRM or project management platforms at a meaningful depth
- Understands the dependencies behind a hardware deployment: manufacturing, freight, site readiness
- Knows how to read a delay before it lands – and has a plan when it does
- Comfortable speaking directly with suppliers, vendors, and installer teams
- Background in environments where software and physical infrastructure intersect
- Can run many rollouts simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them
- Catches the small things: a missing confirmation, a timeline inconsistency, an unresolved dependency
- Doesn't need reminding. Closes loops independently.
- Calm under pressure; brings structure to ambiguity
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end hardware rollouts across multiple retail locations simultaneously
- Track store readiness, manage installation scheduling, and align logistics with field teams
- Liaise with suppliers and installer partners to keep timelines on track
- Anticipate delays, surface risks early, and drive resolution without waiting for escalation
- Own project records in Salesforce — keeping data clean, current, and actionable
- Use the system proactively to surface insights, not just report status
- Understand hardware and supply chain dependencies — manufacturing lead times, shipping windows, site readiness
- Communicate confidently with external stakeholders: suppliers, vendors, installation crews
- Identify small issues before they compound across a rollout
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting throughout each deployment
