- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information
- Ability to conduct detailed technical and cost analysis
- Ability to read and interpret management policies, regulations, and directives
- Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously
- Experience developing reports, policy documents, white papers, and executive presentations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PMP Certification required
- Master’s Degree required
- Experience supporting federal government programs and operations
- Familiarity with DHS/FPS environments and program management processes
- Experience supporting executive-level initiatives and strategic planning efforts
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project management plans
- Maintain integrated master schedules
- Plan, organize, direct, and control program execution
- Coordinate with FPS Program Offices, project teams, leadership, and external stakeholders
- Develop training materials, briefings, white papers, memoranda, spreadsheets, and reports
- Lead business process improvement and process reengineering initiatives
- Conduct regulatory and policy analysis
- Manage contractor personnel and ensure deliverable quality
- Oversee development of training materials and status reports
- Support program governance and compliance initiatives
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Provide monthly POAM reporting to FPS leadership
- Support special projects and executive-level initiatives
- Ensure timely delivery of all contract requirements
