Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, with a strong preference for candidates from an Ecommerce or Digital Agency background.
- A portfolio showcasing performance-based design (ads, landing pages, email marketing) is mandatory.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva/Figma.
- Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a significant plus.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, typography, and visual hierarchy tailored for online consumers.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are required for collaborating with an international team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Fully comfortable working in a 100% remote setup.
Responsibilities
- Design high-impact visuals for social media (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), email newsletters, and display advertising.
- Create web banners, landing page assets, and product infographics that enhance the user journey and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Performance teams to develop creative concepts for seasonal launches and global sales events (e.g., Black Friday).
- Analyze the performance of your designs and iterate based on data and feedback to maximize ROAS.
- Basic retouching of product photography and creating motion graphics or short-form video assets for ads.
