Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work (required)
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent platforms
  • Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling principles
  • Experience creating content for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and short-form video editing best practices is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining consistent quality and meeting deadlines
  • Experience working with international or remote teams is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, websites, landing pages, and paid advertisements
  • Edit and produce engaging video content for marketing channels, including short-form, long-form, promotional, and branded content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand and marketing objectives
  • Maintain consistency in branding, visual identity, and messaging across all design and video content
  • Optimize visual and video assets for different platforms, screen formats, and audience engagement strategies
  • Support content creation initiatives with graphics, animations, motion elements, and multimedia assets as needed
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
  • Stay current with design trends, editing techniques, digital content best practices, and emerging platform trends
