- Commercial accounting and analysis skills (Australian-based SME preferred)
- Ability to provide financial & commercial advice to a business owner
- Ability to constantly improve reporting and finance systems
- Experience in Xero and Salesforce (preferred)
- Multi-tasking and international experience
- Highly effective communication skills
