Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding car products, services, and maintenance.
- Assist customers with product information, service scheduling, troubleshooting, and issue resolution promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest car models, features, and company policies to provide precise assistance.
- Provide feedback to management to enhance customer service quality and processes.
