Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Proven experience in VIP business development within the crypto, finance or trading industry, especially in Benelux
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the Western European region
  • Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams (Nice to Have)
  • Previously worked at a crypto exchange (Bonus points)
  • Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space (Nice to Have)

Responsibilities

  • Maximize AUM in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients
  • Maximize AUM through onboarding and retention of affiliates
  • Formulate a revenue strategy and revenue optimisation based on the product offering of OKX in Europe
  • Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company
  • Lead our partnership work in Europe through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiations
  • Manage relationships with high-networth individuals, key clients and affiliates in Europe ensuring positive customer experience
  • Build long lasting client relationships to obtain referrals and new sales channels - origination of new prospective clients
  • Proactive account management, work with operations to inform clients of potential roadblocks - frozen accounts, EDD etc.
  • Be a brand ambassador, ensuring customers are fully aware of the OKX value proposition.
