- Experience in support or service delivery for business applications, SaaS products, or enterprise systems
- Understanding of client and business processes
- Familiarity with business applications / enterprise software / SaaS
- Experience in functional support or application support
- Knowledge of financial processes: accruals, postings, reconciliations, rebates, trade spend
- Experience with SAP / ERP / TPM / RGM
- Experience in enterprise client support
- Experience coordinating a technical or support team
- Strong client communication skills
- Comfortable working with tools, tickets, documentation, and technical teams
Responsibilities
- managing tickets, priorities, SLAs, and client communication
- analyzing and resolving some functional tickets related to finance, accruals, postings, and trade promotion settlements
- working with enterprise clients and business users
- coordinating the work of developers, consultants, and technical specialists involved in support
- improving support processes, the knowledge base, and escalation paths
- participating in building the premium support model
- supporting topics related to client relationships and license renewals
