Requirements
- Experience scaling sales functions from the "Zero-to-One" phase.
- Enjoy the creative challenge of building AI-powered sales systems and the art of negotiation.
- Understand the nuance of selling high-trust professional services (e.g., Audits, Managed Services) versus pure-play SaaS software.
- Native to the Web3 ecosystem with digital fluency across the Web3 stack (Telegram, Signal, Discord).
- Resilient and adaptable, flourishing in dynamic, fast-paced environments and navigating ambiguity.
- Ability to maintain a schedule that allows for meaningful synchronous collaboration (4+ hours overlap) with our Leadership team in US/EU time zones.
- Proficiency in modern sales operations tools (CRM automation, pipeline intelligence, AI-assisted outreach).
- Proficiency in collaborative communication tools (Slack, G-Suite).
Responsibilities
- Lead our most critical engagements, building trust with founders and CTOs to secure high-value partnerships.
- Design the "Immunefi Sales Engine" from the ground up, including creating equitable hiring rubrics, transparent pricing models, and inclusive sales playbooks.
- Act as the bridge between the market and our Product team, translating client feedback into actionable insights.
- Be the voice of Revenue within the leadership team, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
