Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, solution consulting, or account executive roles within Salesforce or consulting services environments
  • 3+ years of experience working with Manufacturing, Automotive, or Energy industry clients
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-phase enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including core clouds and industry-specific solutions
  • Deep understanding of enterprise business processes within Manufacturing, Automotive, or Energy sectors
  • Exceptional consultative selling, solution design, and value-based positioning skills
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working in cross-functional and partner-driven ecosystems
  • Ability to influence senior decision-makers and drive consensus across large organizations
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Salesforce certifications across multiple clouds strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic new business growth across Manufacturing, Automotive, and Energy industries by positioning Salesforce multi-cloud and industry solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Data360, and Agentforce.
  • Lead end-to-end consultative sales cycles, including opportunity discovery, solution shaping, executive presentations, proposal development, and statement of work negotiations with senior stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, translating business challenges into scalable Salesforce-based transformation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce account executives and ecosystem partners to originate and close new logo opportunities.
  • Design and deliver compelling solution narratives, demos, and value-based presentations aligned to client transformation goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with advisory, engineering, delivery, and marketing teams to develop industry-specific go-to-market solutions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to ensure alignment with revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Build long-term executive relationships within target industries to support sustained account growth and strategic influence.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to position the organization as a thought leader in Salesforce transformation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales methodologies, solution frameworks, and industry offerings.
