Requirements
- 10 years of business development experience with a focus on the federal government.
- Expert level knowledge of additive manufacturing technology and services with a focus on metal additive technology.
- Power user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) to manage accounts, track opportunities, and forecast revenue accurately.
- Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales performance.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills for creating compelling business proposals and executive updates.
- Ability to travel 60-80% of the time to trade shows, conferences and other events both within the US and abroad as needed to drive business.

- Seamlessly translate corporate vision into decisive, market-disrupting action, steering the trajectory of our entire Federal AM portfolio.
- Ruthlessly evaluate pursuits with clear, data-driven Go/No-Go leadership.
- Command and coordinate elite cross-disciplinary technical teams, transforming complex engineering capabilities into compelling white papers, elite executive briefings, and high-impact presentations.
- Unite diverse internal performance centers to pursue massive, cross-division initiatives with singular momentum and flawless clarity.
- Build an unmatched foundation of trust with OEMs.
- Maintain an eagle-eye, strategic view of our entire program landscape, mitigate risks, optimize performance, and keep our executive leadership team locked in on a high-confidence pipeline of breakthrough opportunities.
