Requirements

  • 2–4 years working with Salesforce, with exposure to CPQ and Billing.
  • Experience contributing to Salesforce implementations, ideally in enterprise environments.
  • Foundational understanding of billing, invoicing, and revenue processes.
  • Exposure to metrics such as ACV, TCV, and ARR.
  • Familiarity with document generation, CLM, or e-signature tools.
  • Experience or exposure to integrating Salesforce with platforms like Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, or similar tools.
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, and basic customizations.
  • Experience supporting quoting and pricing solutions on Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Apex or Omniscript is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and integration tools such as MuleSoft or Workato.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, and senior team members.
  • Ability to identify risks and escalate appropriately.
  • Knowledge of Sales, Product, Billing, and Accounting workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support Solution Design: Assist in designing Salesforce solutions tailored for Revenue Cloud, including CPQ and Invoicing.
  • Contribute to Documentation: Help develop and maintain solution documentation, including configurations, integrations, and system design details.
  • Analyze Processes: Support the evaluation of product configuration, pricing, quoting, and ordering workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement Enhancements: Assist in implementing solutions aligned with business goals to improve scalability and performance.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, IT, Legal, Accounting, and Finance, to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Support Alignment: Help bridge communication between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and deliverables.
  • Support Project Delivery: Contribute to the implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, helping ensure projects are delivered on time and meet requirements.
  • Assist with Execution: Support key phases of delivery, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Utilize Tools: Work with Salesforce-native tools such as Product Catalog Management, Transaction Management, and Invoice Management.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with Salesforce updates and industry trends.
