Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience at enterprise level
- Expert level Marketing Cloud experience across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and advanced personalisation
- Expert level Data Cloud experience including data streams, data model objects, identity resolution, calculated insights, and activation
- Deep cross cloud knowledge spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce
- Extensive Salesforce certification portfolio — Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and platform certifications expected
- Demonstrated history of owning and delivering large scale enterprise Salesforce transformations
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Must have prior remote work experience
- Fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar)
- Ideally worked with US or UK-based companies
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Architect (Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
- Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and API development within Marketing Cloud (Preferred)
- Background in CDP, Interaction Studio, or Salesforce Personalisation (Preferred)
- Experience leading and mentoring senior Salesforce teams (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the most senior Salesforce authority across the organisation owning platform vision, architecture, and governance
- Lead the design and delivery of Marketing Cloud solutions that power personalised, data driven customer engagement at scale
- Drive Data Cloud strategy including unified customer profiles, data ingestion pipelines, segmentation models, and cross cloud activation
- Oversee the full Salesforce ecosystem ensuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud operate as a unified, high performing environment
- Define integration architecture between Salesforce clouds and external data sources
- Set and enforce data governance, compliance, and quality standards across the platform
- Lead enterprise implementations, migrations, and transformations from discovery through to go live and beyond
- Present platform strategy, roadmap, and outcomes to C-suite and senior leadership
- Build and document scalable, future proof solutions that grow with the business
