Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with deep expertise across the full platform
  • Advanced, proven expertise in Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder
  • Advanced, proven expertise in Data Cloud including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation
  • Experience delivering large scale enterprise implementations across multiple Salesforce clouds
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications required including Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud credentials
  • Proven ability to lead platform strategy and architecture with full autonomy
  • Strong written and spoken English with executive level stakeholder communication skills
  • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the full Salesforce ecosystem including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce
  • Architect and deliver complex Marketing Cloud solutions including journey builder, email studio, automation studio, audience segmentation, and personalisation
  • Design and implement Data Cloud solutions including data ingestion, unification, segmentation, identity resolution, and activation
  • Build and manage data streams, data model objects, calculated insights, and activation targets within Data Cloud
  • Lead enterprise level implementations and integrations across the full Salesforce platform
  • Define and govern data strategy, data quality, and compliance across all Salesforce clouds
  • Act as the senior technical authority and point of escalation for all Salesforce related matters
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and technology leadership to drive platform strategy and roadmap
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level Salesforce team members
